A non-refundable Design & Reservation Fee is required to begin the design process and reserve your production slot. This fee will be applied toward your final order total. The remaining balance is due once your mockup is approved.
- NO refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom items.
- Current processing time is approximately 3 weeks and may change based on volume.
- Inspiration images are provided for creative direction only.
- BBE reserves the right to reinterpret all submitted inspiration and will not replicate another designer's work.
- Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
- Domestic shipping only.
- Processing begins when we start working on orders for your specific concert date.
- Customers must approve all mockups before production.
- Additional design changes after approval may result in additional fees.

Care Instructions
Turn Inside Out:
WASHING inside out protects THE design from rubbing against other garments and potential damage.
Cold or Lukewarm Water:
Use cold or lukewarm water for washing, as hot water can damage the DESIGN.
Mild Detergent:
Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as these can weaken the adhesive or damage the DESIGN.
Drying:
Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent heat damage to the DESIGN.
Do Not Iron Directly:
Never iron directly on the HTV design, as this can damage or melt the vinyl.
Avoid Dry Cleaning:
Dry cleaning can also damage the HTV adhesive and should be avoided.
If you need to iron the GARMET make sure to keep it wrong side out OR COVER WITH A TEFLON SHEET.
